These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your
access to and use of the HexaTrash mobile application, website, and related
services ("Services") provided by HexaTrash Ltd ("we,"
"our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our
Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use HexaTrash. Users
under 13 may participate only with verified parental supervision. By using the
Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an
account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep
your account secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under
your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at
any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Use of the Services
HexaTrash allows users to:
Mark hexes as dirty with a geotagged photo Clean hexes and upload before/after images Validate cleanups by confirming photo submissions Earn HXT tokens and unlock rewards Submit content such as usernames, photos, and interactions
You may not:
Upload misleading, false, or inappropriate content Attempt to mark, clean, and validate the same hex yourself Use GPS spoofing, bots, or automation tools Harass, impersonate, or defraud other users
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban
users who violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
HexaTrash offers three tiers:
Free: Full access to basic features Premium: $4.99/month Pro: $9.99/month
Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
All purchases, including subscriptions and in-app features, are
non-refundable

Payment processing is handled through third-party providers.
We are not responsible for errors or failures on their part.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content (e.g., photos,
usernames) you upload. However, by submitting content, you grant HexaTrash Ltd
a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce,
and distribute that content for operational, promotional, and moderation
purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates
these Terms or is deemed harmful, offensive, or inaccurate.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our [Privacy
Policy]. We collect and process personal data such as name, email, device data,
GPS location, and photos to operate and improve the platform. Data is stored
securely on EU servers.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app Circumvent any access controls or geo-verification Exploit the HXT system or community moderation tools
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these
rules.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
HexaTrash is provided “as is” without warranties of any
kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or
uninterrupted. Users participate in real-world cleanups at their own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexaTrash Ltd shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
resulting from your use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of
Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make
significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use
of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
